What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit cars, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta pay, and Apple pay. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, to make it easier for you to check your order history. Just click the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen on our home page and you'll be able to create an account there.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get contact our support team at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes! We currently ship anywhere within the United States but we also offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about whether or not we can ship to you, please contact us at


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. This will be calculated for you at checkout before confirming your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

When will my order ship?

All of our exclusive capsule and apparel drops are available for pre-sale. Once the sale has completed, we will begin production on the product. Please allow up to 4 weeks for tracking to become available. As soon as your order does ship, we will provide you with a confirmation email that contains your tracking number.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the collectible and limited nature of our product, once a drop is sold out, it is completely gone. Because of that, we may not have additional inventory to exchange so please be sure to select the correct size when checking out. If you received the incorrect item or size, please contact our customer support team at and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via Provided the return meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return label via email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll respond within 2 business days to assist you.

What are the capsule boxes?

Our capsule boxes are a collaboration between New School Nostalgia and artists that we collaborate with where we come together to create limited designs that you can wear. We offer two kinds of capsule boxes, our standard boxes and our signature series. Both boxes will contain an 11x14 custom art print as well as a luxury screen-printed shirt with that design on it.

Our Signature Capsule Boxes will come with an autograph on the 11x14 print from a celbrity or sports athlete that inspired the design. 

When do the exclusive drops happen?

We will drop a new Capsule Box as well as a design for the New School Nostalgia apparel line every week on Thursdays at noon EST.

I missed out on a drop. Will you have that product available again?

Our exclusive drops are very limited so when a drop is sold out, it is completely gone. In the rare event that we have additional inventory of a particular item, we may make it available for sale at a later date but typically once a drop is sold, that design will be retired. Be sure to check out our drops happening weekly on Thursdays at noon EST to make sure you get a piece of New School Nostalgia history!
