Shipping Policy

All Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of the purchase date. You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking once your items have shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed. We will do our best to ship your Order(s) within the 3 business day timeframe and apologize if there is a delay for any reason.

New School Nostalgia does ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Invoices will be shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The choice of carrier will be up to our sole discretion. Orders must be shipped to a single address. We are unable to split an order and ship to multiple addresses.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours where you can then 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

New School Nostalgia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

New School Nostalgia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
